Everybody at the hotel, at the reception, at the restaurant, at the event space, delivered exceptional service (except the gentleman responsible for breakfast, see below). They were extremely helpful and customer oriented and bent over backwards to give us the best experience! For example, I gave a blouse to the laundry and said it would suffice to have it back 2 days later – it was done within hours. My colleague is a celiac, they always made sure her gluten-free bread came freshly toasted when we sat down. The employees taking care of us during our workshops were very caring and prepared a gluten-free menu for her during lunch. Everybody displayed genuine interest and friendliness and there was a lot of laughing.

The place was really tidy and clean. They were celebrating something in the garden I believe, but we couldn't hear anything as we closed the window. We could sleep through the whole night without any inconvenience. The staff was really nice and attentive. The bed was really comfortable and the room was nice. The shower was perfect: the temperature, also the products the hotel provided. The towels were clean and good quality. The lights were perfect and we could relax.

The room was beautifully designed and appointed, fresh and new, we loved the pool and the food in the beautiful restaurant was excuisite! The best food we have had in a hotel restaurant in a long time, this hotel exceeded our expectations and we shared this with our Spanish friends living in Sant Cugat.

There’s a big car park, and is a short walk to a shopping centre with a supermarket and many restaurants. The facilities are top notch, and for the price it’s great value for money.
